Dispatched worldwide from our Dubai facility. Each model is protected for the piece, then packaged again for transit.
Packing
Models ship in their original manufacturer packaging, immobilised inside a fitted outer carton with edge protection. Resin and 1:8 pieces are double-boxed as standard. Orders are processed within one working day (Sunday to Thursday) from our Dubai facility.
Timing
- UAE — next working day, courier, tracked and insured.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) — 2–4 working days, tracked and insured.
- Rest of world — 5–10 working days via DHL or FedEx Express, tracked and insured.
Duties & taxes
UAE orders include 5% VAT in the displayed price. Orders shipped outside the UAE go out on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis: any import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
